How do I know I will get the 250 dollars?
Well first and for most I would suggest calling me (Lewis Mcknight) at 214 893 4480 to help answer your question first hand. But if that still does not statify you we have a contrat that you can sign CLICK HERE.( fax number 214 722 6810) That puts us in an agreement. Pretty much when we get paid you make 250 dollars. Mailed to you at your new Loft.
Why do you do this and how does it work?
When you put an apartment locator down as the person who referred you to a complex they get paid money. So we have decided to give some of the money back to you. We do it because we feel that if you make money on the deal then you will help us make money on the deal.
Will I lose any other discounts the loft is giving if I put your name down?
No, you will not. If the complex is giving you 1,2, or 3 months rent free you will still get that and another 250 dollars. If.... you put our name down. You risk nothing and you will make an additional 250 dollars.
