Dallas Texas

1505 Elm is right in the heart of the Dallas downtown lofts scene. This building is for the person wants to live in the urban city high-rise life. The building was originally the Dallas Savings and Loan building, opened in 1957. For many years after the savings and loan company went bankrupt, the building sat empty. Then in 2001, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce sold the building to Lazarus Property Corp which turned the building in 1505 Elm. The loft and condo highrise is 16 stories tall, and has been converted to 68 units. It has value parking a wine room a common room movie theater and much, much more.
