Live Oak lofts

The Dallas Live Oak lofts are unlike many of the other lofts in the downtown area. It was constructed to be lofts originally instead of a warehouse or an office building. Its Cement floors and red bricks were made to give it the feel of a downtown loft, but still have the functionality of an apartment. The units in the live oak lofts have defined bedroom exposed ventilation and exposed wood beams in some. 2502 live oak start out in the mid 100s and go up to the mid to up 200's. The Live Oak lofts have become very popular and are a mix between a condo and loft. It is a defiant must see.
