Soco Lofts

The soco lofts were originally built back in 1924 as a ware house for the Santa Fe Railroad company. In the mid 1990s it was turned into an apartment complex and in then in 2004 it was turned in condos which it is right now. The building at one point and time was also part of WFAA. This historical landmark is a one of a kind and is defiantly a place to consider if you are thinking about making a move into the Dallas downtown loft scene.
